1. Digital Products
Delivery: All digital products are delivered via email or direct download after payment confirmation.
Access: A download link will be provided immediately after purchase or sent to your email within 24 hours.
File Format: Templates and designs are provided in commonly used formats (e.g., PDF, PNG, or other specified formats).
2. Refund & Exchange Policy
Eligibility: Due to the nature of digital products, refunds and exchanges are not accepted once the files are downloaded or accessed.
Exceptions: If you encounter issues with your purchase (e.g., corrupt file, wrong product), please contact us within 7 days for assistance.
Services: For design services, refunds are available only if the project has not yet commenced.
3. Custom Design Services
Process: Custom projects require an initial consultation to understand your needs. Once confirmed, timelines and fees will be provided.
Revisions: Revisions are included as specified in the service agreement. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.
Completion: Final designs are delivered digitally upon approval and full payment.

Full payment is required upfront for digital products and services unless stated otherwise.
