Creative Direction & Collection Development
Jena Lu is the founder and creative director of JFD. Fashion Agency, working with fashion brands to develop collections that are thoughtful, well - structured, and aligned with real market needs. Her approach combines creative direction with a strong understanding of production, branding, and how collections function beyond the design stage.
She holds a degree in Textile Design Technology and Management and brings over 7 years of professional experience, having worked on 120+ fashion projects. Jena supports brands throughout the creative process, from research and concept development to refined design direction and clear technical documentation, helping ideas take shape in a practical and production - ready way.
Her experience includes collaborations with internationally recognized brands such as SHEIN, as well as working with clients based in the United States, United Kingdom, and Australia. Clients appreciate her for her clear communication, reliable process, and ability to balance creativity with structure, making collaboration clear, efficient, and focused from start to finish.
Nikhil Patel
